OUR MISSION

We believe travel should be deeply personal. Every journey we craft is a full immersion into Sri Lanka, its culture, its communities, its way of life. From gastronomy to heritage, nature to wildlife, the sea to the shore, our guests don’t simply visit, they live it, exactly as a local would

Our Journey

Our founder, Shanadi Liyanage, grew up along the southern coastal towns of Sri Lanka. Her path later took her to the United States and the Middle East, where she built a career in hospitality and travel marketing. But no matter how far she traveled, one thing stayed with her: the story of her homeland deserved to be told to the world, not as a checklist of sights, but as it truly is.

She is still an island girl at heart. The sandy beaches and coastal towns she grew up in are a part of her, wherever life takes her.

It started small, crafting itineraries for friends, sharing the places and experiences she knew and loved best. What began as a personal passion soon grew into The Luxe Collectiv, a travel concierge built on the belief that Sri Lanka is best expressed through the eyes of someone who calls it home.

EXPERIENCE SRI LANKA WITH THE LUXE COLLECTIV

The Luxe Collectiv is a boutique travel concierge specialising in tailor-made journeys through Sri Lanka. Founded by an island native with deep roots in the country’s southern coast, we design every itinerary around the traveler

From honeymoons and romantic escapes to private retreats, group celebrations, and solo journeys of discovery, our team creates experiences that go beyond the guidebook, private chauffeurs and hand-picked villas, local chefs, cultural immersion, and access to the island’s best-kept places

We work with a curated selection of properties across the island, from boutique villas to ultra-luxury resorts, chosen for character, service, and a genuine sense of place, so every stay feels as considered as the journey itself

Choosing The Luxe Collectiv means choosing a partner who knows Sri Lanka not as a destination, but as home
